These terms apply to the DisplayValet software and the displayvalet.com website. By installing or buying DisplayValet you agree to them.
Each installation includes a free trial with all features. When it ends, displays not covered by a license show a notice instead of your content until a license is added.
A license lets you run DisplayValet on one computer at a time for the number of displays it covers. You may move it to a replacement computer. You may not resell, share, or try to get around the license.
Your pictures and videos stay yours and stay on your computer. You're responsible for having the right to show them.
We provide support by email and through the app's Help. We may update the software and these terms; we'll note material changes on this page.
DisplayValet is provided as is. It controls TVs over your network using features the TV makers provide, which they may change. We aren't responsible for TV or network behavior outside our control, or for indirect losses. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before a claim.
Samsung, The Frame, LG, webOS, Amazon and Fire TV are trademarks of their owners. DisplayValet isn't affiliated with or endorsed by them.
